A good start to the day
For Arianna Huffington, sleep’s very important. She sleeps for eight hours every night. In the morning, she exercises. Arianna’s breakfast is a cup of coffee.
Elon Musk, the owner of the car company Tesla, doesn’t get up very early. He usually sleeps for six hours and gets up at 7 a.m. Musk’s house is very busy in the morning, because he has five sons! Musk usually writes some e-mails, and then he goes to his office by car.
